Homo sapiens Class: Reactions Classified By Substrate

This class is the root of an ontology in which reactions are classified according to the class of their substrates. This classification scheme is orthogonal to the classification by conversion type, that is, reactions will have parents in both ontologies.

Parent Classes:

Child classes:
Small-Molecule Reactions (2211),
Macromolecule Reactions (395)
