Summary:
A cDNA clone was isolated from rice seedling. Total RNAs isolated from leaves, stems and roots of light grown 2 week old rice seedlings and probed with 32P labelled OSSAMS2 fragment. The OSSAMS2 gene was expressed in all parts of the seedling except green leaves [Lee97].
