    Problems Accessing a BioCyc Subscription?

We validate access for institutional subscribers using your IP address, so you must connect to BioCyc from a computer on your institution's network, or via your institution's VPN if you are off campus. To see if BioCyc recognizes your IP address as part of your institution, look for the words "INSTITUTION-NAME subscriber" in the top banner, e.g., "University of New York subscriber."

If it says "Subscribe to BioCyc" in the banner instead, it means your IP address is not recognized. This is often because we received an incomplete list of institution IP addresses from your institution. To correct the issue, please send your IP address address and a screen shot of the error you are receiving to biocyc-support@sri.com To find your IP address, open google.com and type "What is my IP address".
